Residential Programs

The Wellness Center Residential Program is a 26-bed, co-ed 820 residential program that offers services to individuals 18 years and older. It provides an opportunity for individuals to improve their health and wellness so they can live a self-directed life and strive to reach their full potential. The Wellness Center offers three levels of care including stabilization, rehabilitation, and reintegration in a 24/7 structured treatment environment. Services provided to individuals recovering from substance use disorders involve individual therapy, group therapy, and case management services. Nursing services, psychiatric assessment, and mental health counseling are also offered.

Willow House is a 20-bed residence program for males and females aged 18 and older in recovery from Substance Use Disorders Mild to Moderate withdrawal management.

Hawthorn House formally Weston’s Manor is a 16-bed community residence for men who suffer from chemical dependency and are at least 18 years old. The length of time varies according to residents’ progress in treatment. Hawthorn House is fully staffed 24/7. While at the Manor, residents participate in developing their comprehensive recovery plans. Recovery plans are individualized and based on the social, educational and vocational needs of each resident. Residents are encouraged to develop a sober support network and attend seven self-help recovery meetings a week. There are recreational activities available at Hawthorn House and the community.
