Residential Programs
CASA-Trinity has two NYS OASAS certified 820 residential programs: The Wellness Center and Willow House. These programs offer three levels of care including stabilization, rehabilitation, and reintegration in a 24/7 structured treatment environment. Services provided to residents include individual and group counseling, case management, psychiatric evaluations, mental health counseling, peer support, vocational support, family programming, and recreational activities.

Residential Reintegration Community Residence
CASA-Trinity has one NYS OASAS certified 820 residential reintegration community residence: Westons Manor. This program is for individuals transitioning back into the community and focuses on building independent living skills, maintaining recovery, and supporting long-term wellness through structured services in a supportive, substance-free environment. In-house groups, vocational services and recreational activities are offered alongside community support services such as outpatient treatment and self-help meetings.

By providing a safe living environment, these programs allow individuals to focus on recovery, educational, vocational, and life skill goals while re-integrating back into the community.
