What if I don’t have insurance or if the insurance I have is not accepted at CASA-Trinity?
We have insurance navigators that can help you get insurance that meets your needs and budget. We also have a sliding fee scale if you are not interested in meeting with the insurance navigator. Please contact our Billing Department to apply for a sliding scale fee. Front Desk staff can direct information to Billing based on availability.
Can I attend a group without being a client at CASA-Trinity?
Unfortunately, no. Our groups require that you go through the evaluation/intake process and get admitted into treatment to attend.
However, we do have information for meetings that occur within the communities we serve that are open to those who aren’t currently in treatment.
How long do I have to wait to see the doctor or to get a prescription for medication assisted treatment?
Our evaluation and intake processes are designed to meet urgent needs and to identify the best course of action for each situation. After an evaluation/intake takes place, we can connect clients with the expert medical care they need or, when necessary, arrange for Medical Assisted Therapy options.
Will I get appointment reminder calls or texts?
As long as you keep your contact number updated in our records, you will receive phone calls and/or texts to remind you about your next appointment.
