Mental Health Clinics

CASA-Trinity provides care and medication management for those struggling with Mental Health concerns in Geneseo, NY and Elmira, NY.

We believe in person-centered and comprehensive mental health treatment that engenders hope for people experiencing mental health issues, and their families.  Integrated care that takes into consideration emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and social wellbeing produces proven and lasting benefits.

Recognizing the relationships between trauma, mental health, and substance use, we strive to create a trauma sensitive culture. Our program design and direct care practices are built on foundations of trauma informed and evidence-based treatment.

Our outpatient mental health programs provide access to community based mental health treatment, including services for co-occurring disorders, in one location.

We strive to create a trauma-sensitive culture by demonstrating, through consumer empowerment, program design, and direct care, an understanding of the relationships among trauma, substance use, and mental health. Our goal is to provide access to high quality services regardless of ability to pay.

Our Geneseo, NY mental health clinic is located within our Outpatient SUD Clinic and provides comprehensive access to community-based mental, and substance use disorder services, treatment of co-occurring disorders, and physical healthcare in one single location. Our hours of operation are Monday – Thursday, 8:00AM – 5:30PM and Fridays, 8:00AM – 4:00PM. 

Our Elmira, NY mental health clinic is located at 244 W. Water Street, Elmira, NY and will be open Monday – Thursday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM and Fridays, 8:00AM – 4:00PM. We will have walk in hours (open access) Monday – Thursday 9:00AM – 2:00PM.
