Our Hornell, NY Outpatient Clinic

This clinic offers treatment for substance use disorders, along with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services. The two methods offer ‘warm hand-offs’ to our Inpatient Facility or Wellness Residential Programs. Our goal is to create a circle of treatment options, so that each of our clients gain a complete care approach with their treatment plan.

    • Tuesdays: 7am – 5:30pm
    • Wednesdays: 7am – 7pm
    • Thursdays: 7am – 5:30pm
    • Fridays: 7am – 12pm

Integrated Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)

When it comes to recovery, no two paths are the same. The treatment offered at each CASA-Trinity location is based on the client’s needs with a goal to help create a healthier lifestyle for the individual. Our approach in all our programs is to treat the whole person and not just their substance use disorder. 

Attached to our Outpatient Clinic, our Integrated Care Opioid Treatment Center offers Methadone as a Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD). Not only is MOUD one of the most researched medical treatments for any chronic disease in the world, but it is also the most researched treatment for substance use disorders.

Facilitated by Medical Providers, clients will visit daily for their single dose medication as part of this treatment plan. Taken daily, methadone helps to fight cravings, reduce withdrawal, and assist clients in achieving their recovery goals.

Open Monday – Saturday from 6:30am – 10am
