As the mission and vision of CASA-Trinity, Inc. continues to grow and expand, so do our locations. We are excited to announce that on October 21, 2019, CASA-Trinity took on a new Inpatient and Outpatient facility within the Steuben County Community. These two locations in Hornell, NY were previously known as Loyola Recovery Foundation.
Our newest Outpatient Clinic is located at 86 River Street, Hornell, NY. The clinic offers treatment for Substance Use Disorders, along with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). The two methods offer 'warm hand-offs' to our Detox/Inpatient Facility or Wellness Residential Programs. The goal is to create a circle of treatment options, so that each of our clients gain a complete care approach with their treatment plan. The clinic is open Monday – Thursday from 8am – 7pm and on Fridays from 8am – 4pm. The phone number to contact the facility is (607) 282-5201.
The newest Inpatient and Detox Facility is located at 411 Canisteo Street, Floor 3 West, Hornell, NY. The site offers a 28-day program. Detox is provided for opiates through a Buprenorphine taper when clients request complete detox without MAT or Vivitrol. Detox for a client with opiates who wishes to utilize Buprenorphine as a MAT process is another form of detox that we offer. More monitoring and specific medications are used to ease the client's withdrawal effects. Within the facility, there are 11 female beds and 16 male beds. Once detox treatment is complete, the client is then transported via warm handoff to a residential program or returns home and continues treatment in outpatient in their county of origin. The facility can be reached at (607) 282-5200.
The new locations create a trail of services from Livingston County to Steuben, Chemung and into Pennsylvania to the Bradford County locations.
At CASA-Trinity, Inc., teams are committed to create a path where goals can be achieved.
