Announced on October 13, 2023:

Dearest Clients and Community,

After much consideration and extensive deliberation, we have made the difficult decision to close our Sayre, PA Outpatient Clinic.

The clinic will close on January 12, 2024, or when all clients have been given a warm hand off to another provider, which is approximately 90 days from the date of this communication.

During this transition period, we are committed to ensuring that our clients experience as little disruption as possible, including transitioning clients to their provider of choice. We are also working with the State of Pennsylvania to credential our Elmira, NY clinic which is only 20 miles away and will allow clients that choose to stay engaged with their current counselor.

We remain committed to the well-being of our clients and the Sayre community, and we will continue to work towards finding effective solutions to address the substance abuse issues that persist in our region.

Thank you for so many years of support and allowing us to care for the Sayre community!

Sincerely,

Ann Domingos, CEO, CASA-Trinity

Starting of 11/13/2023, the clinic hours will be Monday – Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Thursday 8:00am-7:30pm, and Friday 8:00am-12pm.

Providing services to Bradford County and the surrounding areas, this clinic offers intake, evaluation, referral and treatment for substance use disorders. Levels of care offered include level 1 outpatient counseling and level 2.1 intensive outpatient counseling. The clinic offers both morning and evening group tracks for both levels of care. The clinic also offers a specialty group, Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model (TREM) specific to women. CASA-Trinity has several certified Narcan Trainer on staff to provide certification of the use of Narcan for all community members who request the service. All CASA-Trinity employees are certified in the use of Narcan intervention.
